The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy (Indian)

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of funds/complete address.   The orders will be shipped on all working days except banking holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. 

If we experience high volume of orders or in case our material is under printing due to updation, shipments may be delayed by few days.  If there is significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rate and Delivery Estimates:

Shipping Method: The normal shipping method will be Indian Speed Post. 

Shipping Cost: Shipping cost is included in the price of the order and you to bear no extra shipping cost until and unless specifically mentioned.   In case you require the sipping to be done by a method other than Indian Speed Post you will bear the cost of shipping on actual basis.

International Shipping:

International shipping will be made through FedEx standard and cost will be borne by you on actual basis.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once the order is shipped you will receive Shipment Number/Docket No. of Indian Speed Post or other method, if so.  The preferred method of conveying shipment number/docket number will be whats app or email.

Damages during Shipment

The institute takes utmost precautions to package your order in a way to reach it safely to you.  In case of damaged shipping the “Institute” will not be responsible and the claim will have to filed with the shipment carrier.  However, you may submit your grievance at email, and institute in order to provide best possible service as per policy, may consider to provide you an alternate without any obligation.
