    Study Material: Study Material means, in either physical or electronic form, reading or viewing material related to the competitive exam for which you place the order at the Site. 

    The Study material contains proprietary rights and you undertake not to mis-utilize or further provide the same to others for usage without written and specific consent of the Institute.     

    Your purchase from the website directly may entitle you to certain coupons, discount or loyalty, which you may use as per usage of the coupons the terms of which will be explained at the time of issuance of coupons. The Institute reserves the right to cancel such coupons at any time at its own discretion.

    The reproduction of the Study Material or any other purchase of product or service is prohibited.
    The commercial trade of the Product or service purchased form the Site is prohibited.
    The Institute is only liable for the amount received by the Institute and the customer will have to pay the extra expenses incurred, if any.

    Refund & Cancellation policy

    In case of your purchase of an order directly from our Website, we will issue you intimation of receipt of order and funds.  In due course the study Material will be supplied, through physical or electronic mode, and confirmation will be provided on given mode of communication i.e. contact number or email. 

    You can initiate cancellation at two stages:-

    • stage prior to dispatch/supply of Package.  In such case your refund to the extent of 100% will be made to the credit of your account within a period of 7 days of cancellation of order
    • Stage post to dispatch/Supply of Package:  In such case your refund to the extent of Amount paid by you for your package less cost of transportation will be credited to your account within 7 days of receipt of package by the Institute.  You undertake to ensure the receipt of package to the Institute in good condition.  The Institute reserves the right, depending upon condition of received package, to accept or reject your cancellation and refund request.

    Refund for cancellation or otherwise will be processed by the same mode of payment as was used while ordering by the customer.

    Security of Personal Information

    You promise not to provide false data including false names, addresses and/or contact or payment details; or engage in any unlawful activity in connection with the purchase or use of a Package, or allow/encourage anyone else to do so.

    We use strict security measures to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of your Personal Information and to protect your Personal Information against unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction. For this purpose, we have adopted internal reviews of the data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, including offering the use of a secure server to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store your personal data.
